ROCKY (I-VI)

Not even a single person i have met till now who is a workout lover disagrees with my choice of having Rocky as his all time favourites. You can pick up any of its part and can watch it any number of time and I am sure you will remember the names and main scenes of all of its parts by name.

This movie is a biography of the legend of the Boxing ring Muhammad Ali, focusing on his triumphs and controversies between 1964 and 1974. The man needs no introduction till date and has been the idol of many generations in Boxing.

BATMAN (TRIOLOGY)

Remember the famous dialogue – “Why do we fall, Bruce? So we can learn to pick ourselves up!”. Doesn’t it MOTIVATE you ?Beaten and with nothing much to live for Bruce gives in. Jake, the lead of this movie, joins a new school that’s not so welcoming to him. He begins to be known as somebody with a terrible temper and ends up humiliated at a fight. THE KARATE KID

The movie shows the important of Discipline, Conquering your fears and becoming Self aware. One of the most important thing about the movie is it pushes you to keep going even when you can’t stand up anymore. The story of determination and being fair always wants you to watch this movie one more time.

PAIN AND GAIN

Danny Lupo (Mark Wahlberg), manager of the Sun Gym in 1990s Miami, decides that there is only one way to achieve his version of the American dream: extortion. To achieve his goal, he recruits musclemen Paul (Dwayne Johnson) and Adrian (Anthony Mackie) as accomplices. After several failed attempts, they abduct rich businessman Victor Kershaw (Tony Shalhoub) and convince him to sign over all his assets to them. But when Kershaw makes it out alive, authorities are reluctant to believe his story.

PUMPING IRON

This part-scripted, part-documentary film brought Arnold into the mainstream of Hollywood Cinema and from thereon there was no looking back. Five-time champion Arnold Schwarzenegger defends his Mr. Olympia title against Serge Nubret and the shy young deaf Lou Ferrigno, whose father is his coach.
